What you will do

• Lead security evaluation and certification processes for secure products like Secure Elements, MCUs, and MPUs.
• Assess security compliance against international standards like ISO/SAE 21434 and emerging regulations such as the EU Cyber Resilience Act.
• Define technical security certification strategies for emerging IoT and automotive markets.
• Serve as the technical interface between product design teams and external auditors or evaluators.
• Represent the organization in international standardization bodies like ISO, SAE, and ETSI.
• Collaborate with international working groups and legislators to shape the security certification landscape.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in security and embedded devices.
• Proven experience with security evaluations and certifications (Common Criteria, FIPS 140-3, EMVCo, SESIP).
• Strong knowledge of product lifecycle, cybersecurity, and process certification standards.
• Ability to engage in stakeholder alignment and cross-functional leadership.
• Willingness to travel for laboratory visits, workshops, and standardization meetings.

Nice to have

• PhD in a relevant field.
• Specific knowledge in automotive cybersecurity standards.
• Experience with System on Chip (SoC) architectures.
