What you will do

• Lead a continuous product discovery process to identify and understand user problems within the domain.
• Define and select the most effective solutions to remove identified barriers.
• Work in an outcome-driven product model, focusing on measurable business impact and value creation.
• Formulate and validate product hypotheses, applying a fail-fast approach to quickly test ideas and iterate.
• Gather and analyze market and user feedback to continuously adapt product decisions and priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions address real customer needs and deliver business value.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in an outcome-driven product environment.
• Ability to rapidly test hypotheses and adapt product direction based on user and market feedback.
• Strong customer-centric mindset, focused on understanding and solving real customer problems.
• Experience working with large-scale product and catalog data.
• Native-level Polish.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Willingness to occasionally travel for business to Poznań or Toruń.
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
