What you will do

• Partner with enterprise restaurant brands to lead end-to-end technical implementations of voice AI platforms.
• Configure and customize platform solutions to meet unique operational requirements, including POS integrations and complex menu structures.
• Monitor and resolve technical issues in live production environments.
• Codify deployment patterns into reference architectures, tools, and playbooks to streamline future scaling.
• Translate customer-specific technical challenges into actionable product and engineering requirements.

Requirements

• Must be able to travel up to 50% for customer-facing engagements.
• Strong software engineering background with experience across APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and cloud infrastructure.
• High proficiency in using AI-powered coding tools for rapid development.
• Strong ability to communicate and build trust with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• High slope learner comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments.

• Experience with speech-to-text, NLP, or conversational AI systems.
