Location: Must be based in or able to relocate to San Francisco, CA (Hybrid: 3 days in office/week)

Salary: $234K – $260K + Equity

What you will do

• Build compelling prototypes that showcase hirify.global model capabilities across diverse use cases.
• Partner with Solutions Engineers to develop custom demonstrations for strategic customer engagements.
• Rapidly prototype AI-powered applications, including copilots, agents, and intelligent workflows.
• Maintain a library of reusable demo assets and starter projects for the go-to-market team.
• Translate complex technical features into engaging demonstrations for technical and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to integrate new model capabilities into demo experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in building applications, prototypes, or technical demos in customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages.
• Experience with modern web frameworks and APIs.
• Experience working with Generative AI, LLMs, or machine learning systems.
• Strong product intuition and ability to translate technical concepts into compelling stories.
• Ability to thrive in fast-moving, experimental environments.
