Senior Art Director (Fintech)

Location: Raffles Place, Singapore

What you will do

• Direct visual creative direction for integrated campaigns across all channels.
• Lead design concepts from ideation through final execution.
• Collaborate with copywriters, stakeholders, external agencies, and production partners.
• Mentor designers and artworkers while developing creative team capabilities.
• Present creative work, incorporate feedback, and maintain brand standards and regulatory compliance.
• Direct photography, video, and motion design projects and bring fresh design thinking to the brand.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in art direction, preferably in an agency or in-house brand team.
• Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and visual craft.
• Expert knowledge of design principles and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong presentation, stakeholder management, design review, and feedback skills.
• Deep understanding of digital-first creative and multi-channel campaign execution.
• Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop creative talent.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
