What you will do

• Design and develop high-performance C#/.NET services for XVA, liquidity, and cash-forecasting workflows.
• Migrate existing back-end services to a modern, event-driven architecture using Rebus.
• Implement asynchronous, message-driven communication while ensuring strict data integrity.
• Manage full-cycle DevOps processes including source control (Bitbucket), CI/CD pipelines (TeamCity, Jenkins), and Ansible.
• Apply LLMs and agentic AI engineering to optimize coding efficiency, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Provide technical mentorship and conduct code reviews based on SOLID and clean architecture principles.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience with C#/.NET, including Windows Services, ASP.NET Web API, and SignalR.
• Strong command of Object-Oriented Programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
• Proven experience with service-oriented architectures and asynchronous messaging via Rebus.
• Advanced knowledge of MS SQL and hands-on experience with Git, TeamCity, Jenkins, and Ansible.
• Practical experience integrating agentic AI into enterprise software development processes.
• English: C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Frontend experience with HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Redux.
• Domain knowledge of financial products (Listed/OTC), PnL Explain, XVA, Liquidity Risk, or Cash Forecasting.
