Salary: $120,000 – $155,000

What you will do

  • Define and implement comprehensive SAP change enablement strategies including leadership alignment and communication plans.
  • Mentor and coach a team of change professionals to build internal change leadership capability.
  • Collaborate with global program leadership and third-party consultants to ensure successful system integration.
  • Manage organizational impacts by aligning change strategies with system deployment timelines.
  • Utilize data and stakeholder feedback to iterate on change plans and improve adoption effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in change enablement, ideally within SAP and global transformation contexts.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams.
  • Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work effectively in a global, distributed environment.
