What you will do

• Partner with designers to build AI-powered agents and tools that streamline product prototyping workflows.
• Own the development of scalable, reliable, and production-quality frontend and backend software.
• Create comprehensive documentation and workflows to ensure rapid team adoption of new internal tools.
• Drive end-to-end technical decisions, from initial design and rapid prototyping to production deployment.
• Ensure all internal tooling meets high standards for security, performance, and maintainability.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in developing production-ready software.
• Proven expertise in React, TypeScript, and backend technologies like Ruby or Express.
• Strong background or deep curiosity in AI-augmented workflows including LLMs and foundation models.
• Ability to operate from the required office locations: London, Barcelona, Dublin, or Madrid.
• Product builder mindset with a focus on transforming experiments into usable, polished production products.
