What you will do
- Design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure primarily on AWS.
- Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters for container orchestration.
- Develop automation scripts and tools using Python to streamline operational workflows.
- Collaborate on CI/CD pipeline development and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Jenkins.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot production issues, and optimize resource utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement in cloud security, cost efficiency, and deployment strategies like blue-green rollouts.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or DevOps.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Kubernetes (EKS).
- Proficiency in Terraform, Python, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub Actions.
- Experience with GitOps workflows (Argo CD or Flux CD) and Linux environments.
- Ability to manage Java and Go-based application deployments.
- Strong communication and collaborative skills within an Agile/Scrum environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with bot traffic management tools such as Cloudflare WAF or AWS WAF.
- Familiarity with feature flags and progressive deployment strategies.
- Prior experience in large-scale production environments.
