What you will do

• Digest requirements from product and development teams to design high-availability monitoring systems.
• Maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
• Develop solution components in partnership with cross-functional development teams.
• Analyze incidents and perform root cause analysis for infrastructure-level issues.
• Participate in technical discussions with customer operations and development teams.
• Follow Agile processes throughout all development phases.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil.
• Proficiency with observability tools like Prometheus, CheckMK, or Grafana.
• Strong experience in scripting with Python, Shell, and Bash.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform, Helm, or Ansible.
• Knowledge of container technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong Linux environment skills and distributed systems troubleshooting.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases like InfluxDB.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and ArgoCD.
• Familiarity with Git and RESTful API consumption.
• Experience with GenAI tools like Amazon Q.
