What you will do

• Manage the full onboarding cycle for high-risk merchants.
• Build and maintain relationships with partners.
• Lead and coordinate the work of onboarding specialists.
• Ensure merchants are onboarded in accordance with requirements and standards.
• Analyze onboarding bottlenecks and continuously optimize internal processes.
• Support the development of scalable onboarding frameworks for high-risk verticals.

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-risk merchant onboarding within fintech, PSPs, or payment providers.
• Strong understanding of acquiring, payment processing, and partner flows.
• Practical experience working with acquiring banks and payment providers.
• Experience managing or coordinating teams.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple complex onboarding cases simultaneously.
• Leadership mindset with the ability to delegate, guide, and support teams.
