What you will do
- Manage and support AI-focused internal communities and moderate key communication channels.
- Create engaging communications and assets to translate AI updates clearly.
- Coordinate onboarding and enablement sessions to build AI capabilities.
- Maintain and update AI content repositories for easy access and engagement.
- Monitor community participation and communication effectiveness, reporting insights regularly.
Requirements
- Must be located in the United States (remote, preferred East Coast).
- 2–3 years experience in communications, community management, or related fields.
- Strong writing and storytelling skills with very good written English.
- Project coordination and collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and GenAI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot.
- Proactive, hands-on approach and comfortable with ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience supporting AI or technology transformation initiatives.
- Partnership experience with HR/L&D and internal communications.
- Basic design skills (PowerPoint, Canva).
