What you will do

• Manage individual work streams to deliver bespoke AI safety solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand mission-critical challenges and user needs.
• Conduct open-source analysis to support AI tool development.
• Translate complex operational requirements into clear user stories for engineering teams.
• Design and test workflows supporting user-centric decision-making in high-stakes environments.
• Contribute to internal thought leadership and capability development.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in London, United Kingdom
• Analytical thinking and clear communication skills.
• Passion for applied AI safety with experience in labs, academia, or evaluation/red teaming.
• Client-facing experience building trusted relationships.
• Experience working with technical teams and understanding Agile methodologies.
• Proactive and thoughtful approach in ambiguous situations.
