What you will do
- Run the EMEA forecast, pipeline, and QBR cadence in line with global definitions and stage criteria.
- Build and maintain regional dashboards for pipeline health, conversion, cycle time, and forecast accuracy.
- Operate the regional deal desk, enforcing discount guardrails and approvals.
- Partner with Sales Enablement to onboard reps and drive adoption of global processes.
- Own EMEA execution in Salesforce and the GTM stack.
- Serve as the EMEA point of contact and feed regional learnings back into global standards.
Requirements
- 2–3 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related; experience in enterprise SaaS preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership of forecasting, pipeline management, and deal desk.
- Strong Salesforce administration/operations experience; familiarity with CPQ is a plus.
- Skilled in data storytelling and comfortable influencing without authority.
- Comfortable working in a global model and time-zone coordination.
Nice to have
- Experience with multi-country, enterprise contracting patterns, and pricing/packaging iterations.
- Familiarity with enterprise data management and attribution modeling.
