What you will do
- Generate sales within assigned territory and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with channel sales teams and partners to identify and close new business.
- Manage sales forecasting and account opportunities.
- Maintain CRM system and update sales activities.
- Mentor and train junior staff and new hires.
- Contribute to team meetings and share industry insights.
Requirements
- Location: Based in Kuala Lumpur with hybrid work format
- 5+ years B2B sales experience in high-tech products/services preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships.
