What you will do

• Develop tools and infrastructure to scale continuous software integration and deployment systems.
• Optimize build times and scale automated test execution and analysis.
• Integrate new build toolchains and software components for next-generation humanoids.
• Improve tooling and processes for third-party repository integration.
• Provide easy-to-set-up development environments to accelerate software development.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize features, optimizations, and reliability improvements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in San Jose, CA and work onsite 5 days/week.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 7 years of industry experience.
• Mastery of Git configuration management.
• Expertise with C++ and Python build/integration tools (Bazel, CMake, Make).
• Proficient in scripting languages including Python and Bash.
• Experience with major cloud providers and CI/CD tools (GitHub, Jenkins, TeamCity, Ansible).
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform), Linux, Docker, and microservices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with Agile and test-driven development principles.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with web development languages and tools (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Understanding of key and certificate management, cryptographic signing and verification.
