What you will do
- Respond professionally to customer service needs via multiple channels including phone, chat, email, and SMS.
- Manage supplier compliance documentation and ensure accuracy using Connect and Salesforce platforms.
- Support high-value clients with compliance-focused campaigns and new client onboarding.
- Handle customer escalations and service recovery efforts.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor team members.
- Collaborate with third parties on behalf of suppliers to collect compliance information.
Requirements
- Location: Must work hybrid in Calgary office (Tues-Thur onsite, Mon/Fri remote)
- Start date: April 7, 2026, with 100% attendance for 8 weeks of training
- Extensive knowledge of client compliance requirements including Insurance, OSHA, MSHA, Safety Manual.
- Experience with Connect and Salesforce platforms.
- Strong communication skills for customer and supplier interactions.
