What you will do

  • Lead technical direction and decision-making for major engineering initiatives.
  • Design and develop complex software features and system components using .NET/C# on AWS.
  • Architect enterprise identity and authentication systems with OAuth2, SAML 2.0, and OIDC.
  • Implement multi-tenant data isolation and provisioning workflows for customer onboarding.
  • Define and enforce authorization models including role-based access control.
  • Mentor engineers and collaborate with leadership to drive platform strategy and health.

Requirements

  • Must be located in the United States to work remotely.
  • 5+ years professional software engineering experience with leadership of complex initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in .NET/C#, identity protocols, and multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
  • Experience with AWS, distributed systems, DevOps, CI/CD, and compliance (SOC2, HIPAA).
  • Technical leadership and mentorship skills without formal management responsibilities.
  • Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for leveraging AI tools and concepts.
