What you will do

• Own and evolve the GSmart AI platform including inference endpoints, prompt pipelines, and context engineering architecture.
• Build and lead a team of up to four AI platform engineers, managing performance and fostering engineering rigor.
• Write and maintain production prompts using structured context engineering principles.
• Develop evaluation frameworks with golden datasets, rubrics, and CI/CD quality gates for AI features.
• Collaborate with treasury domain experts to ensure domain-accurate AI evaluations.
• Operate cloud infrastructure on Azure and ensure compliance with AI governance frameworks relevant to regulated financial services.

Requirements

• Must have 7+ years software engineering experience and 2+ years engineering management experience.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based production AI systems including prompt engineering and inference optimization.
• Expertise in Python for AI workflows and familiarity with .NET backend systems.
• Experience deploying and operating containerized services on Azure with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to work in regulated environments requiring accuracy, auditability, and trustworthiness.
• Excellent communication skills to explain AI capabilities to non-technical partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, LiteLLM proxy, Langfuse, Redis, and Azure Container Apps.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks like ISO/IEC 42001, EU AI Act, and model risk management.
• Background in financial services, treasury, or enterprise SaaS.
• Contributions to AI evaluation tooling or open-source AI infrastructure projects.
