What you will do

• Use real-time data to identify gaps and immediately fine-tune processes for better efficiency.
• Implement improvements to processes and lead fraud training for operational and strategic teams.
• Design and build investigation processes focused on fraud investigations.
• Take ownership of the funnel steps from confirmed to released, enhancing efficiency and compliance.
• Lead and influence platformization efforts, including global investigation services.
• Serve as the central point of contact for managing and resolving regulatory requests.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Fluent or native Spanish and English.
• Proven track record designing and improving processes within a business area encompassing third parties.
• Capacity to navigate ambiguous situations and manage challenging stakeholders.
• Outstanding communication skills across all levels of the organization.
• Demonstrable track record of tactical stakeholder management.
