What you will do

• Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with technology partners to enhance hirify.global’s product.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of integrations from conception to launch, ensuring they align with technical standards and business goals.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to align on integrations, define requirements, and test integrations.
• Prioritize each integration based on customer needs and value.
• Train partner teams and hirify.global sales teams on product integrations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience involving product strategy.
• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm.
• Attended a top business school in the US and graduated with an MBA.
• Clear understanding of when product capabilities should be built organically versus through integrations.
• Ability to structure ideas in a logical framework and communicate them effectively to partners and the product team.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment and pivot quickly when needed.

Nice to have

• At least fundamental knowledge of how product integrate in the tech sector (e.g. API, MCP).
• Attended a top law school in the US and graduated with a JD.
• Understanding of the tech stack integral to the day-to-day work of lawyers today.
• Understanding of the legal sector and the key concerns that law firms and corporate legal teams have when implementing AI solutions.
