Senior Rust Developer (EVM / DeFi / Trading Infrastructure) 💼💰
Level: Senior / Lead
Salary: From $6000 (negotiable higher for strong candidates)
Location: Fully Remote
About the Project:
We are building high-load trading infrastructure and backend services for algorithmic trading and on-chain data analysis. We are looking for an engineer who doesn’t just write code, but deeply understands how the EVM works "under the hood" and knows how to optimize systems for real-time performance.
Responsibilities:
🔹 Design and develop high-performance backend services in Rust.
🔹 Work with EVM transactions at a low level: ABI, calldata, serialization/deserialization, simulations.
🔹 Optimize node and RPC interactions (parallelism, asynchrony, memory management).
🔹 Build data pipelines for processing large volumes of on-chain data in real-time.
🔹 Develop the core infrastructure to support trading algorithms and decision-making.
Must-Have Requirements:
✅ Rust: Strong proficiency (networking, concurrency, async, optimization).
✅ EVM Expertise: Deep understanding of transaction structure, gas, state, and logs.
✅ Systems Thinking: Ability to navigate complex component relationships and optimize at the kernel level (CPU, memory, OS).
✅ Practical Experience: You are actively working with DeFi and EVM right now (not just theoretical knowledge).
Nice to Have:
⚡️ Ability to read Solidity code.
⚡️ Experience with PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or other columnar databases.
⚡️ Background in HFT, algorithmic trading, or building trading bots.
