Location: Hybrid setup in Prague office, with attendance required 3 days a week.

What you will do

• Design scalable shared services and integrations used across multiple products.
• Solve complex engineering challenges in a modern SaaS environment.
• Own features end-to-end, from design to production.
• Partner with Product and SRE to build secure, resilient, cloud-ready systems.
• Drive engineering best practices and elevate technical quality.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a strong technical culture.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong background in C#/.NET or another OO language.
• Proven ability to design systems, not just implement tickets.
• Experience with CI/CD and modern development practices.
• Solid understanding of auth, data modeling, and system interactions.
• Fluent English

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP welcome).
• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes.
• Experience with distributed systems, observability and production troubleshooting, and test automation.
• Experience with React / TypeScript.
