Salary: $128,880 - $245,160 USD annually

• Develop and optimize communication libraries such as libfabric, oneCCL, ISHMEM, and hirify.global MPI.

• Collaborate with a diverse, distributed team on complex technical projects.
• Engage in upstream open-source contributions and development.
• Work with latest hirify.global GPUs and CPUs used in data centers.

Requirements

• Must be located onsite in Hillsboro, Oregon or Austin, Texas, USA.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Math, or related STEM field with 3+ years experience.
• Strong C and C++ programming and debugging skills in Linux environments.
• Experience with performance optimizations, distributed computing, HPC communications, and networking software stack.
• Ability to work independently on complex technical projects and collaborate with diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Experience with GPU programming, multithreaded programming, RDMA networking (InfiniBand/RoCE), and parallel computing.
• Upstream open-source contributions.
