What you will do

• Lead the transition from external auditor to embedded security partner, enabling developers to own security.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and engage with customer CISOs to accelerate enterprise sales.
• Manage and optimize a global security team across multiple time zones.
• Partner with GTM and Product teams to provide transparent security data and foster collaboration.
• Define security guardrails for AI services and ensure safe internal AI tool usage.
• Oversee compliance with SOC2, ISO 27k, PCI-DSS, and data residency standards for European sovereign cloud initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in security within high-growth SaaS, Cloud, or Infrastructure companies.
• Experience partnering with GTM functions to close high-ACV enterprise deals.
• Experience implementing embedded security or Security Champion programs.
• Ability to manage distributed teams across Europe, North America, and APAC time zones.
• Deep familiarity with European regulations such as GDPR and NIS2.
