What you will do

• Analyze project requirements, prepare plans, assess risks, and propose mitigations
• Ensure project deadlines and quality standards are met
• Manage project teams or sub-teams across various disciplines
• Align team goals and stakeholder expectations
• Assign and manage team tasks and capacity
• Conduct meetings, provide reports, and track individual performance
• Support team growth with feedback and career development plans
• Participate in hiring and conduct project interviews

Requirements

• Experience working with external clients and building trust
• Ability to manage teams of 5+ people efficiently
• Strong prioritization and time management skills under pressure
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a result-oriented approach
• Fluent English
• Experience in GameDev projects is a plus
