What you will do

• Own sprint planning and manage JIRA backlog with clear requirements and realistic ETAs.
• Align squad objectives with company goals and prioritize work based on business value.
• Mentor and develop team members to empower continuous improvement.
• Participate in technical discussions to resolve roadblocks and maintain system health.
• Maintain Agile best practices and improve development speed.
• Act as technical liaison between squad and business teams.

Requirements

• Location: Vilnius, Lithuania (onsite)
• Experience in software development and leading technical teams.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of web development fundamentals including HTML, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
• Experience with any backend language such as Python or Go is a plus.
• Familiarity with GIT, CI/CD pipelines, and software deployment processes.
