What you will do

• Drive end-to-end execution of high-impact data projects from ideation to production.
• Act as a strategic technical consultant identifying business opportunities and proposing data-driven solutions.
• Quantify business impact and predict experiment outcomes before implementation.
• Perform root-cause analysis and contribute to incident management.
• Champion best practices and lead internal initiatives for technical evolution.
• Integrate AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development and improve code quality.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Madrid, Montevideo, Barcelona, Buenos Aires, or Sao Paulo
• English: Advanced proficiency (C1) required
• 5+ years of experience in applied machine learning and statistics with Python mastery.
• Experience with ensemble methods, deep learning, and AI tooling.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and data storytelling skills.
• Experience in payments or financial systems, especially anomaly or fraud detection, is a plus.
