What you will do

• Build, enhance, and maintain data ingestion and transformation pipelines.
• Develop and optimize analytics datasets using BigQuery and dbt.
• Support and maintain existing data systems to ensure continuity and reliability.
• Design scalable data models for trusted analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and solution teams to translate requirements into data solutions.
• Monitor data quality and system health for accurate, timely insights.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years of Data Engineering experience, preferably on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong experience with SQL and Python.
• Experience designing and operating production data pipelines at scale.
• Good knowledge of architecture and design patterns for complex systems.
• Familiarity with BigQuery and modern ELT tools like dbt.
• Experience with AI tools and workflows.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience with Buildkite and Terraform.
• Experience with Dataflow on GCP.
• Experience with hirify.globalsearch and Kubernetes.
