What you will do

• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines into Snowflake.
• Assess ingestion feasibility for new internal and external data sources.
• Perform data profiling and quality validation.
• Develop and optimize joins across analytical datasets.
• Support data sampling strategies.
• Monitor and improve pipeline reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Experience with Snowflake, including dataset development, optimization, and performance tuning.
• Advanced experience with SQL for complex query development and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory for orchestrating data pipelines.
• Experience working with Azure Blob Storage for data ingestion and storage management.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for automation and data processing.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT patterns and data warehousing concepts.

Nice to have

• Experience with API based ingestion.
• Prior exposure to BI heavy analytics environments.
• Tableau Cloud: experience supporting and troubleshooting datasets used in dashboards.
