What you will do

• Perform detailed software log reviews to identify anomalies and improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including robotics engineers to meet quality objectives.
• Develop and maintain standards for software quality methods, processes, and procedures.
• Evaluate software activities across requirements, design, development, testing, verification, and validation.
• Review software design and change specifications against requirements and standards.
• Assess tools and methodologies for compliance and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Location: Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 2 years experience or Master’s degree with no experience.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, quality assurance principles, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with robotics systems and software log analysis for troubleshooting and quality assurance.
• Familiarity with verification and validation practices and requirements traceability.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of robotics frameworks and integration testing.
• Experience with automated log analysis tools and scripting.
• Familiarity with medical device standards such as IEC 62304.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in complex software environments.
