What you will do

• Provide technical leadership in design, development, and testing of fullstack solutions.
• Modernize and integrate existing automation scripts into maintainable .NET services.
• Define API contracts, job orchestration, and workflow logic for product integration.
• Balance active coding with collaboration with product owners and architects.
• Participate in code reviews and promote best engineering practices.
• Mentor and coach team members to support their professional growth.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to work in Warsaw, Poland.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 7 years of software engineering experience with leadership roles.
• Expertise in .NET/C# and working knowledge of Angular.
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and Azure DevOps.
• Fluent English (speaking and writing) with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience across all phases of software and testing lifecycle.
