Principal Software Engineer (.NET/Fintech)

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership in the design, development, and testing of enterprise software.
• Define and own test architecture and quality strategies at the team level.
• Balance active coding in C#, Angular, and APL with guiding automation initiatives.
• Mentor and coach engineers to improve development, automation, and testing skills.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (POs, TLs, architects) to align technical and quality goals.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines, engineering processes, and toolsets to enhance productivity.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with combined Dev/QA responsibilities.
• Expertise in .NET/C# and working knowledge of Angular.
• Strong background in test automation (E2E, API, Integration) and test strategy.
• Experience with Cloud (Microsoft Azure) and On-Prem infrastructures.
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Git, TeamCity, Azure DevOps) and SQL.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Background in FinTech or capital markets.
• Knowledge of derivatives (options, futures, swaps, etc.).
