What you will do

• Conduct in-depth data analyses to support strategic decision-making and drive business performance.
• Build and maintain data visualizations and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights.
• Monitor and ensure long-term data quality, accuracy, and consistency across analytics systems.
• Respond to ad-hoc data requests from various business teams in a timely and reliable manner.
• Identify and propose new data-driven opportunities to enhance existing processes and support continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Must be based in Paris or able to work remotely from France.
• 3+ years in analytics roles in fast-growing environments.
• Strong business orientation and communication skills with interest across marketing, sales, product, and operations.
• Advanced SQL; Python skills are a plus.
• Experience with modern data stack tools like GCP (BigQuery), DBT, Holistics, Metabase, Looker, and Jupyter Notebook.
• Fluent in French and English.

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS startups.
• Knowledge of IT best practices including maintainable code and GitHub.
