DevOps Engineer

TL;DR

DevOps Engineer (AWS): Design, build, and maintain core infrastructure on AWS supporting high-traffic health and wellness applications with an accent on CI/CD platform management, observability, and automation. Focus on ensuring high availability, performance, and collaboration with development teams to resolve complex issues across the software lifecycle.

Location: Vilnius, Lithuania with 4 days onsite and 1 flexible remote day; Kaunas offers onsite, hybrid, or remote options depending on the role

Salary: 5000–5900 EUR/month gross

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain AWS infrastructure ensuring high availability and performance
• Enhance and manage self-hosted GitLab CI/CD platform for over 100 developers
• Leverage DataDog for monitoring, logging, and incident response
• Automate infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code principles with OpenTofu (Terraform)
• Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work onsite in Vilnius or Kaunas with hybrid and remote options
• Solid experience in Linux environments
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, RDS, S3, and SQS
• Proficiency with containerization technologies like Docker
• Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and GitLab CI experience
• Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or OpenTofu
• Production experience managing Kubernetes workloads
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as DataDog
