What you will do

• Support greenfield S/4HANA implementation and data migration under a RISE contract hosted on GCP.
• Collaborate with multiple SAP functional leads including Finance (FI, CO), Treasury, PS, SuccessFactors, and SAC leads.
• Manage data migration chain from legacy ERP through SQL Server staging to S/4 using Syniti and SAP Data Migration Cockpit.
• Ensure data cleansing, transformation, and profiling in coordination with BAU teams and Syniti.
• Work within a delivery model involving onshore and offshore teams with time zone coordination (availability 11am–11pm local).

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Mexico with onsite presence initially and nearshore support.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Finance modules (FI, CO) and integration with PS, EPPM, and SuccessFactors.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes and tools.
• Experience with data migration tools such as Syniti and SAP Data Migration Cockpit.
• Ability to work within multicultural teams and coordinate across time zones (availability 11am–11pm local).
