What you will do
- Manage internal and external newsletters, announcements, marketing campaigns, event promotions, and customer communications.
- Create thought leadership and branded blog content, optimizing it for readability, search visibility, and SEO.
- Update website copy, create landing pages, and manage content updates within WordPress.
- Plan and assist in the creation of internal video communications and maintain clear messaging for internal updates.
- Partner with Demand Generation, Solutions Marketing, Events, and Design teams to ensure consistent content delivery.
- Track performance metrics for email and blog content, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in content marketing, communications, email marketing, or related roles.
- Experience building and sending emails within a marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally.
- Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or technology environments is a plus.
- Strong ownership mindset with a focus on execution and accountability.
