What you will do

• Learn and manage finance billing and acceptance processes.
• Enter media bookings accurately using finance billing systems.
• Support media buyers and planners in developing and monitoring media plans.
• Create and monitor media schedules and ensure smooth billing procedures.
• Conduct media data research and resolve operational issues.
• Support finance team with operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Cairo, Egypt.
• Proven experience as a Media Assistant preferred.
• Experience in digital advertising and familiarity with media planning and buying preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office with strong research, organizational, multitasking, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines under minimal supervision.
• BSc degree with good command of business English (English level: B2).
