Identity And Access Management Analyst (Cybersecurity): Supporting the transition of identity capabilities from a project-based delivery model to a sustainable product management-based model with an accent on bridging business needs and technical reality, and access governance best practices. Focus on translating the roadmap into clear epics and user stories, defining onboarding requirements for IGA and PAM tools, and maintaining IAM governance documentation.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days/week in Montréal or Toronto, Canada

What you will do

• Partner with the IAM Product Manager to translate the roadmap into clear epics, user stories, and priorities.
• Maintain and groom the IAM backlog based on business value, risk reduction, and stakeholder input.
• Lead or support requirements sessions to understand access needs, risks, and edge cases.
• Document current-state and future-state IAM processes and contribute to reusable IAM standards.
• Work with application owners and Security to define onboarding requirements for IGA and PAM tools.
• Maintain IAM governance documentation, standards, and support access certification campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Cybersecurity or a related field.
• Experience in a Business Analyst or similar role in complex technological environments.
• Experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) principles, practices, and technologies (IGA, PAM, IdP, SSO/MFA solutions).
• Experience participating in IAM implementations or upgrades, including application onboarding and access certification campaigns.
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements into clear user stories and process flows.
• English: B2 fluency required as a working language.

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CISA, CISSP).
• Data-driven mindset for understanding issues and validating outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
