Associate Product Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own product roadmap and requirements for expanding hirify.global’s open banking connectivity and enhancing existing platform coverage.
• Own product and business requirements for product initiatives.
• Serve as the product representative, intaking, prioritizing, and resolving FIC-related support questions and issues.
• Conduct product research and investigations with Engineers to resolve issues, and communicate with stakeholders about the resolutions.
• Work with stakeholders to build and execute a clear prioritization framework and improve the efficiency and speed of solving FIC product-related issues.

Requirements

• Prior experience in product management.
• Ability to read and interpret JSON payloads and API responses.
• Basic understanding of HTTP methods and status codes.
• Comfortable with analyzing logs and debugging integration issues.
• Excellent ability to communicate and work with cross-functional, cross-border teams in the U.S. and Brazil.
• Advanced English
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
