What you will do

• Perform manual accessibility assessments based on WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA standards including keyboard navigation, screen reader evaluation, and ARIA validation.
• Execute and troubleshoot automated accessibility scans using enterprise tools like Accessibility Insights.
• Investigate scan configuration issues, false positives, and test failures to ensure accurate results.
• Provide clear technical guidance to engineering teams for remediation of accessibility findings.
• Maintain accessibility scanning tools, configurations, and assessment documentation.
• Contribute to division-level accessibility initiatives across multiple organizations and sites.

Requirements

• Accessibility certification required (e.g., IAAP CPACC, WAS, or equivalent).
• 6+ years of experience in accessibility assessment or related technical compliance role.
• Strong understanding of WCAG 2.1/2.2 guidelines and accessibility testing methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated accessibility testing tools.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate accessibility issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

• Experience supporting accessibility in large-scale, multi-team environments.
• Familiarity with Azure, Power Platform, or similar cloud ecosystems.
