Salary: $251,000–$335,000 + equity

What you will do

• Own strategy and operations of the Health & Life Sciences AI Deployment Engineering team aligned with company goals
• Hire, mentor, and develop a high-impact team focused on production AI deployments in regulated healthcare environments
• Establish delivery standards and best practices tailored to compliance and safety requirements
• Drive end-to-end enterprise deployments of generative AI applications across healthcare and life sciences organizations
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Security, Legal, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful AI adoption
• Provide structured product feedback based on real-world deployment challenges and regulatory needs

Requirements

• Must be located in San Francisco or Seattle, USA
• 8+ years in technical delivery or deployment roles with people management experience
• Experience leading enterprise-scale AI, ML, or platform technology implementations
• Deep knowledge of healthcare or life sciences environments and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GxP, FDA, EMA)
• Strong technical foundation and ability to engage executive stakeholders
• Commitment to responsible AI deployment in high-stakes regulated domains
