What you will do

• Deliver tailored clinical application training to customers and colleagues both onsite and remotely.
• Provide clinical workflow planning, reviews, and technical support for hirify.global products including Linac and software.
• Drive customer lifecycle growth by conducting reviews, identifying sales leads, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and R&D teams to support exhibitions, product demonstrations, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Lead continuous process improvement projects to enhance team efficiency and customer experience.
• Manage administrative tasks including reports and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

• Must be located in Hanoi, Vietnam or able to work onsite with travel up to 75%.
• Tertiary qualifications in Radiation Therapy, Medical Physics, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with hirify.global products preferred.
• Recognized physicist qualification with clinical environment experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and customer interaction skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, video conferencing, and Salesforce.
