What you will do

• Strengthen the Linux/Unix team by executing projects and operational activities.
• Improve infrastructure landscape through automation and new technologies.
• Build and expand new systems and platforms, enhance existing infrastructure.
• Deliver infrastructure services to internal customers and manage system lifecycle.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively, managing projects end-to-end.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies in daily work.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Netherlands.
• 5-7 years of practical experience as a Linux administrator/engineer.
• Proficient in English; Dutch is a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of Linux (Debian, Red Hat, derivatives).
• Good shell scripting skills (Bash, PHP, Ruby, Python, GoLang).
• Experience with Puppet, CI/CD, CMDB, Git.
• Familiarity with Apache, Tomcat, MySQL, RabbitMQ, Redis, Elastic Stack.
• Understanding of security protocols (Kerberos, LDAP, Radius).
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift.
• General networking understanding (firewalls, load balancers, routing).

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud products such as Azure and AWS.
• Experience with SAN storage platforms and configurations.
