Location: Based at HQ in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid, occasional travel to other European offices)

owns and operates 400+ fast charging stations across Europe powered by 100% green energy, aiming for 1,000 stations.
What you will do
- Support office IT infrastructure including laptops, phones, software, meeting rooms, and network equipment.
- Provide technical support: troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage tickets, ensure user satisfaction.
- Handle end-user device lifecycle: procurement, configuration, deployment, retirement.
- Assist with IT onboarding/offboarding: account management, device provisioning.
- Contribute to team projects: documentation, new tools/processes implementation.
- Maintain vendor relationships, develop skills in SaaS and cloud environments; occasional on-site support in European offices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in IT support, helpdesk, or similar (internships, studies, projects).
- Enthusiasm for learning technologies and helping users with hardware/software fixes.
- Familiarity with device management (laptops, phones), troubleshooting; MDM (Kandji, Jamf, Intune) a plus.
- Basic IAM knowledge; Okta a plus.
- Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Active Directory.
- Strong English communication skills for explaining technical topics across cultures and seniority levels.
