What you will do

• Design, code, and implement proprietary systems and tools to support research and financial strategies.
• Collaborate with Quant Researchers, PMs, data scientists, mathematicians, and computer scientists to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop and test code to deliver effective solutions with real business impact.
• Manage deliverables and ensure quality and clarity in implementation.

Requirements

• Strong computer science fundamentals including algorithms, design patterns, OOP, threading, and multiprocessing.
• Mastery of programming languages, preferably Python or C++.
• Experience with Linux environments is a strong plus.
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
• Understanding of probability, statistical inference, and mathematical optimization is a plus but not essential.
• Interest or experience in LLM and agentic systems is a plus.
