Location: Fully remote with relocation support to Armenia, Georgia, Serbia, Portugal, and Spain hubs

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain risk models using advanced machine learning techniques including hybrid and sequential approaches
• Retrain, monitor, and validate models to adapt to changing customer behavior
• Build and manage scalable data marts in BigQuery to support analytics and model development
• Develop internal automation tools for ML workflows and AutoML components
• Provide data-driven insights to product, credit, and operations teams
• Participate in research and prototyping of new ML architectures such as Transformers and multimodal models

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or Risk Analyst with credit scoring impact
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, scikit-learn, CatBoost, XGBoost, LightGBM)
• Strong PyTorch skills for implementing and fine-tuning complex models
• Advanced SQL skills for large datasets
• Experience deploying ML models using Airflow and Docker
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Skills in visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
• Background in financial datasets and risk management principles
