What you will do

• End-to-end ownership of major Kompass product areas, from problem discovery through delivery, launch, and iteration.
• Product strategy and roadmap definition for your domains, grounded in customer pain points, data, and market dynamics.
• Engage directly with customers, design partners, and prospects to validate problems, solutions, and priorities.
• Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams to drive alignment and execution.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and continuously improve based on qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Ensure clear positioning, messaging, and enablement for new capabilities in partnership with GTM teams.

Requirements

• Comfortable operating in complexity, making tradeoffs, and driving outcomes.
• Experience in product best practices, mentorship, and overall product maturity within the team
