What you will do

• Develop and maintain open-source showcase applications, including end-to-end RAG pipelines and recommendation engines.
• Conduct research into emerging AI patterns to prototype new hirify.global use cases, experimenting with embedding models and indexing techniques.
• Produce educational resources such as technical blog posts, video tutorials, and tutorials.
• Lead hirify.global’s presence at hackathons and workshops, mentoring developers and organizing challenges.
• Deliver presentations and live coding sessions at conferences and workshops.
• Actively participate in the AI developer community on platforms like Discord, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and GitHub.

Requirements

• Technical Depth: Strong coding background in Python, Rust, JavaScript, or Go and a genuine fascination with vector search, embeddings, and LLMs.
• Communication Mastery: Ability to explain technical architecture with clarity and enthusiasm.
• Local Presence: Already plugged into (or eager to lead) the local tech community in Europe.
• Creative Mindset: Enjoys finding creative ways to show off technical features through code and storytelling.
• Autonomy & Empathy: A self-starter who can work independently while maintaining empathy for developers.
