What you will do
- Design and develop robust, stateful, and scalable AI agents using Python and modern agentic frameworks like LangChain and LlamaIndex.
- Integrate AI agent solutions with enterprise systems, databases, and third-party APIs for seamless workflows.
- Evaluate and select foundation models and services from providers such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google.
- Collaborate with product managers, ML scientists, and engineers to deliver effective AI agent solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize AI systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Establish platforms for evaluating AI agent performance and document development processes and architectural decisions.
Requirements
- Location: Remote work with options in Germany, Poland, and Portugal
- Expertise in LLM-oriented system design, prompt engineering, and multi-agent communication.
- Strong programming skills in Python, FastAPI, and experience with cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure) and CI/CD.
- Experience integrating AI agents with external tools, databases, and APIs securely.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Preferred advanced degrees (Ph.D/Masters) in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or NLP and familiarity with fine-tuning techniques like PEFT and LoRA.
